Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you for choosing A1 Travels and Speed Parcel Service (hereafter referred to as "the Company") for your transportation needs. We appreciate your business.
Before booking your luggage, we kindly request you to read and accept the following Terms and Conditions of our Parcel Booking Office and the Transport Company.
Please be aware that by proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
We would like to highlight some important aspects regarding the transportation of your consignments:
Consignment Risk and Compliance:
Please note that the Company is not aware of the specific nature, content, conditions, or value of the consignments we handle. All goods are transported entirely at the Consignor's/Consignee's risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that all goods intended for transport comply with all applicable Government regulations. This includes providing all legally required documentation such as Forms, Declarations, Certificates, Tax invoices, and E-Way bills. These documents may be subject to verification by Government Authorities at various checkpoints. The Company will not be held liable if goods are detained, seized, or confiscated due to any deficiencies in these documents or for any other reasons by the relevant Government Authorities.
Parcel Enclosures and Documentation:
Kindly ensure that all parcels are properly enclosed and clearly tagged with the correct copies of the Tax Bill/e-way bills/R.C., and any other necessary documents. For the transportation of two-wheelers, a self-declaration for any transit damages must be included. Any issues that may arise with Tax or Government Authorities will be the sole responsibility of the Consignor/Consignee. The Company reserves the right to hold goods at the risk of the Consignor/Consignee until any losses incurred by the Company in relation to such issues are resolved.
Excise Duty and Incorrect Declarations:
If your consignment includes items liable for excise duty, it is your obligation as the consignor to obtain and provide all necessary and relevant documents at the time of booking. The Company will not be held responsible for any detention, seizure, or confiscation of such goods by excise, sales tax, or other competent authorities due to suspicion or any other reason. The consignor will be responsible for all consequences resulting from any incorrect declaration of the contents of their consignments. In the event of a false declaration, the consignor will be liable to compensate the Company for all damages and expenses incurred as a result.
Prohibited Items and Right of Refusal:
Dangerous, inflammable goods, and contraband articles are strictly prohibited from being transported in our vehicles. If such items are booked without our knowledge, the luggage owner and their agents will bear full responsibility if these goods are discovered by authorized officials. The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse goods for dispatch without providing a specific reason.
Insurance:
We strongly advise that all goods valued above Rs.500/- be insured by the consignor before booking. Otherwise, the goods will be transported at the Consignor’s risk. In the event of any damage or loss during transit for uninsured goods, no claim exceeding Rs.500/- per LR (Lorry Receipt) will be settled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Parcel Bookings:
We would also like to inform you about our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for parcel bookings.
You may cancel any parcel before it is loaded onto our transshipment vehicles. For "Paid" parcels that are canceled, a full refund will be processed without any cancellation fees. For "To-Pay" parcels, no cancellation charges will apply. Incase of return parcels, two-way charges are applicable.
Regarding refunds for failed transactions, these can occur due to factors such as network congestion, timeout issues, the use of multiple browser windows, accessing stored sessions, or using browsers other than Internet Explorer. In such instances, you might receive an incorrect debit notification.
Our dedicated team diligently analyzes payment reports from our Payment Gateway banks daily (excluding holidays) to identify and verify any discrepancies arising from network congestion or user error. Valid refunds are processed daily and then handled by the respective payment gateways, which send the funds back to your issuing bank in batches. This process typically takes approximately five working days.
Please note that while we strive for efficiency, A1 Travels and Speed Parcel Service cannot guarantee the exact timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account due to the multiple organizations involved in online transaction processing, internet infrastructure limitations, and the varying working days and holidays of financial institutions.
